Gravity 7 Studio collects only the information needed to answer enquiries and deliver services: your name, email address and the details you share.

• To respond to enquiries and quotes
• To deliver and support contracted services
• To send requested report deliverables (e.g. the free website health report)
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

3. Storage and security

Information submitted via this website is transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to our mailbox by our email delivery provider, Resend. It is stored in our access-controlled accounts, and we retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond or fulfil a contract.

4. Website analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it: (a) Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies or personal identifiers; and (b) Microsoft Clarity, which provides heatmaps and anonymised session replays (Microsoft processes this data on our behalf). Clarity may set cookies (_clck, _clsk); replay recordings are retained for about 30 days and form fields are masked. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, or use the opt-out offered by Microsoft Clarity. Local settings such as your language preference are stored in your browser only.
